Delete your Quorvia Trade account

You can ask for your Quorvia Trade account and its personal data to be deleted at any time, with or without the app.

In the app

Open the app, tap the person icon at the top right to open Account, then Delete account, and confirm with your password. Your sign-in closes at once.

Without the app

Email us from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm that the request is yours and delete the account within 30 days: rui.wang@theblindbots.com

What is deleted

Your sign-in is closed permanently, your name, email address and phone number are removed from your profile, and your access to every workspace ends.

What is kept

Quotes, orders, invoices, payments and messages you took part in are kept as the business records of the companies involved, without your personal details, for as long as those companies keep them for their tax and commercial records.
